How engagements work
We currently provide non-medical home care under California's Home Care Organization framework. Skilled nursing services are planned as a future phase and are not yet offered.
Every caregiver is a Home Care Aide registered with the State of California — bonded, DOJ/FBI background-checked, TB-cleared, trained beyond the state requirement, and employed directly by us with workers' compensation and liability coverage. Caregivers also maintain their own vehicle and auto insurance for transportation.
