Services

Non-medical home care,
thoughtfully delivered

We provide non-medical home care across Sausalito and Marin County — the daily support that lets seniors stay safely, comfortably, and happily in their own homes.

Companionship

Conversation, walks, games, outings, and genuine social engagement. The right caregiver match matters as much as the care itself — we hand-pick for personality, not just availability.

Personal care

Dignified assistance with the activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting — handled with discretion by experienced, registered Home Care Aides.

Home & meals

Meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and daily household tasks — so home keeps feeling like home.

Medication reminders

Consistent, documented reminders that keep routines on track, with clear notes your family can review.

Out & about

Transportation and accompaniment for appointments, errands, social visits, and the standing Tuesday hair appointment that should never be missed. All caregivers have their own car and appropriate insurance.

Family communication

Regular, plain-English updates to the people who need them — including adult children out of the area. No surprises, no silence.

Bookkeeping & errands

Bill pay, banking, correspondence, and household record-keeping — keeping finances organized and paperwork current so nothing falls through the cracks.

Hospital recovery support

Post-discharge care following hospitalization or medical procedures — medication management, rehabilitation assistance, and the continuity that eases the transition home.

Transitions & relocation

Support moving to a new residence or returning home from a care facility — we manage the logistics and provide the steady presence that makes change less disruptive.

Overnight & live-in care

Extended and full-time care arrangements for families needing overnight presence or round-the-clock support — flexibility built around your needs.

Memory care

Loving, patient support for clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's — calm routines, safety, and genuine connection. When a move becomes necessary, the same trusted caregiver provides continuity right into assisted-living facilities, so a familiar face stays through the transition.

How engagements work

Built for continuity

  • 20 hours per week minimum — the level at which true continuity of care becomes possible. We make thoughtful exceptions as capacity allows.
  • A capped roster — when we're at capacity, we say so, and welcome new clients from our waiting list as openings arise.
  • Simple billing — weekly ACH autopay from your checking account. No invoices to track, nothing to mail.
  • Long-term-care insurance support — we prepare and send claim-ready bills and visit documentation to your insurer (John Hancock, Genworth, and similar) so you're reimbursed promptly. We never bill Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance directly.

A note on scope

We currently provide non-medical home care under California's Home Care Organization framework. Skilled nursing services are planned as a future phase and are not yet offered.

Every caregiver is a Home Care Aide registered with the State of Californiabonded, DOJ/FBI background-checked, TB-cleared, trained beyond the state requirement, and employed directly by us with workers' compensation and liability coverage. Caregivers also maintain their own vehicle and auto insurance for transportation.
