We cap our client roster on purpose. Low caseloads mean your caregiver knows your home, your routine, and your family — and our founders know every client by name.
Every caregiver is our own W-2 employee — screened, registered, trained, insured, and backed by a team. When your caregiver is away, we cover the shift. You never start over.
Co-founder Aness Pogni is a working caregiver herself. The standards on paper are the standards in your living room, because the person who wrote them still does the work.
What we do
