Aness is that rare agency founder who is also a working caregiver — she knows this work from the inside, in real homes, with real families. A serial small-business owner, she is the sole owner of Soxalito (the Sausalito specialty shop she founded in 2013) and has owned and operated retail stores in Sausalito, Carmel, San Francisco, and Hawaii.
Her community roots run deep: she serves on the board of the Downtown Sausalito Association and served on the Sausalito Chamber of Commerce board from 2021 to 2025. Aness leads caregiver selection, training, and the standard of care itself — and she hand-picks every member of the team.

Ted is a serial technology entrepreneur and private investor based in Sausalito. He founded and led Unlimited Conferencing to more than 40,000 customers, was a General Partner in the $50M Halo Fund alongside The Angels Forum, and was a founding member of three technology companies with successful acquisitions — including Slip.Net, one of San Francisco's first internet service providers, which he grew to 21,000 customers.
Ted brings the business discipline behind the care: finance, operations, and the systems that make a boutique agency dependable. He holds a B.S. in Finance (cum laude) from Colorado State University.
